10-3-26 Update from Nancy
Omaha Tennis Buddies will be going to Vala's Pumpkin Patch & Apple Orchard on TUESDAY, OCT 6, from 5-9 p.m. Vala's address is 12102 S. 180th St., Gretna, NE 68028.
Nancy has sent the spreadsheet with the list of emails for electronic tickets to Vala's. If you need to edit your information it needs to be done by October 4 so that I can get the correct information to Vala's ASAP! Remember that the tickets are good for the whole day on Oct. 6th. If you do not use all your tickets that is okay. We only get charged for the ones that are scanned. If you need additional tickets you will have to purchase them that day at the regular price.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SIGN UP THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE. I CAN AMEND THE SPREADSHEET, BUT YOU MUST SIGN UP BY SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4!!!
We are still in need of sides for the picnic. We have 58 people attending this year. We have 2 potato salads, baked beans and a fruit salad signed up for. If you would like to supplement this then please let me know. The site has electricity and I will bring extension cords if you want something to be warm. We need some drinks also, like water, lemonade and tea. Let me know!
Please plan to bring chairs, lanterns, and flashlights. Wagons are great for toting things to the campsite. We are in #19 and #20. They are the ones that we reserve every year.
It is supposed to be a beautiful day, but plan on it to cool off quickly as the sun goes down. I don't know how much it will dry off, so I would also plan for a little mud. If you can, please wear your Tennis Buddies hoodie.
If you did not sign up for a food donation then you will need to bring a donation that evening. We ask for $10. Bring a check made out to SONE or cash.
If you signed up for more that 2 tickets then bring $20 for each additional ticket that you requested. Please bring a check made out to SONE or cash.
Terri will be at the picnic to collect any Big Red Raffle money or tickets that you need to turn in.
Looking forward to seeing you all at Vala's!!
